If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, you can request an exchange within this 7-day window. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact. You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team with details and images of the issue. Once approved, you can return the item to us. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item you received was incorrect or faulty.

We do not offer refunds; however, eligible items can be exchanged for a replacement product or store credit. Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.
